Privacy policy

Your data will be processed by NORES in the course of making a booking and sending a message via the contact form. Processing of your data for a longer period of time shall only take place for the purpose of NORES fulfilling its obligations under generally applicable law, e.g. for accounting purposes.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to make a reservation at NORES. Failure to provide personal data may result in NORES being unable to provide services.

In connection with the new regulation, you are entitled in particular to:

  • request from NORES access to your personal data,
  • to be informed about the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients of the data, the period for which the data is stored (if it is impossible to determine the period, you have the right to be informed about the criteria for determining this period),
  • to rectify your personal data and, if it is inaccurate, the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data.

The right to request the immediate erasure of your personal data occurs in cases where:

  • the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
  • your consent to the processing of your personal data has been withdrawn,
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes,
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data (including profiling) based on a legitimate interest pursued by NORES or by a third party, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing of your personal data overriding your interests, rights and freedoms or there are grounds for the establishment, assertion or defence of claims.

The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data occurs in cases where:

  • you question the accuracy of your personal data – for a period of time allowing NORES to check the accuracy of the data,
  • the processing is unlawful (e.g. you have not given your consent when it was necessary) and you have objected to the erasure of your personal data, requesting instead the restriction of its use,
  • NORES no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you need the data to establish, assert or defend your claims,
  • you have objected (pursuant to Article 21(1) RODO) to the processing – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of NORES override the grounds for your objection.

If you request a restriction of processing, NORES will not process your personal data without your consent, except for storage or for the establishment, assertion or defence of claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for compelling reasons of public interest of the Union or a Member State. You will be informed before the restriction is lifted.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to direct marketing. Once you have lodged an objection, NORES will not process your personal data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling). You have the right to object through automated means using technical specifications.

You have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format your personal data that you have provided and the right to send this personal data to another controller without hindrance from NORES , if:

  • the processing is based on the consent you have given or on the basis of a contract for the performance of which the processing is necessary and the processing is carried out by automated means. NORES may, at your request, send your personal data directly to another controller, insofar as this is technically possible.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, in relation to the processing of your personal data.
