Regulations of the Car Rental Company “NORES”
Customer’s rights and obligations
Final provisions
- General provisions
- The owner and operator of the car rental company “NORES” is NORES s.r.o.
- Using the services of the rental company is tantamount to the acceptance of the present Regulations.
- Rental conditions
- Rental conditions:
- The customer must present a valid driver’s licence and proof of identity before the rental begins.
- The hirer may be a person who is at least 21 years of age and has held a driving licence for at least one year.
- Fees and Payments:
- The customer must pay all charges relating to the rental in accordance with the current price list.
- A deposit may be required and will be refunded at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in accordance with the regulations.
- Rental Period:
- The rental period is calculated from the time the vehicle is collected until it is returned.
- Exceeding the rental time may be subject to additional charges.
- Rental conditions:
- Compliance with Road Traffic Regulations:
- The Customer shall comply with all applicable traffic regulations.
- Technical Condition of the Vehicle:
- The Client is obliged to check the technical condition of the vehicle before starting the rental.
- Any damage must be reported to the rental company before leaving the rental location.
- Smoking and Animals:
- Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Pets can be allowed in the vehicle upon agreement with the rental company.
- Changes to the regulations:
- The Rental reserves the right to amend these regulations. The current version of the regulations will always be available on the website of the rental company.
- Final provisions:
- Any disputes will be resolved by negotiation. In case of disagreement, the applicable law of the territory where the rental contract was concluded shall apply.
